Your files stay with you.

Everything Converter processes file contents in your browser. There is no file-upload endpoint, conversion backend, account system or analytics in this application.

What uses the network?

The browser requests the website’s static pages, scripts and styles. When a tool needs an engine, it downloads pinned code and data from the public source listed in Engines & offline. Those providers receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address; the app does not include your files in those requests.

What is stored locally?

Files and converted outputs stay in the current browser session. Removing them releases the app’s references and preview URLs. The queue and outputs stay available while navigating between this app’s tools and pipelines. Refreshing or closing the tab clears session state. Downloads you save remain on your device until you delete them.

Reusable pipeline presets are saved in your browser’s local storage. Engine files and visited app resources can be cached for offline use. You can remove engine caches on the Engines & offline page; browser site-data controls remove all stored app data.

You control the output

Conversion does not automatically remove metadata from every format. Review the tool’s options and output before sharing sensitive files. PDF edits and redaction have separate capabilities and should never be confused with a visual overlay.

No external processing fallback

If your browser lacks memory, a format is unsupported or an engine cannot be downloaded, conversion reports the error. It does not transfer the job to a remote service.
